A small plot in South Liverpool was acquired and Planning permission for four town houses in Liverpool was successfully granted for 4 Town-houses in late 2019. The total area of the units is 454m².
All new services need to be installed to the site and each plot hosts a small garden at the rear of the property. The project will be built by Leedex Construction using timber frame method of construction.
