L33 Kitchen acquired a 100m² unit at a newly redeveloped business centre in North Liverpool. The unit was in a shell state and required a full internal fit out.
The landlord had kept some of the post-war original features of the building before the redevelopment of the site. Items such as lamp shades and the old electric meter were retained and installed in the property as a feature. We provided full design and fit-out services on this project.
