Working with one of our Investor Clients, Leedex were appointed to carry out full Pre-Construction Services including surveys, investigations, asbestos removal and design before then carrying the construction phase.
This large 5-bedroom property in north Liverpool was dilapidated. With our understanding of the Serviced Accommodation market via our
Serviced Accommodation branch we were able to customise the design and function of the building from the outset.
The works involved a full back to brick strip out, structural alterations, thermal upgrades, all new services and distribution, new roof, dry lining and plastering, re-decoration, new kitchen, new bathroom, communal areas and external works.
This property is now happily serving its guests on a regular basis and has been perfect for Contractors working the area, groups of families spending time together and fans going to either Liverpool FC or Everton FC.
