West One Retail Park in Eccles, Manchester is a retail development that has undergone major upgrades since 2014. Leedex have worked closely with the developer landlord within this time, while the site has undergone expansions and refurbishments. Leedex completed dilapidation works including:
- Lighting upgrades
- Masonry repairs
- Cladding and roof repairs
- Road and drainage repairs
- Fencing
- Painting and decorating
- Deep cleans
In a second phase of works, Leedex installed 2 reinforced concrete slabs to commercial units under a design and build contract.
In a third phase of works, a jumbo-stud wall was installed to divide 1 commercial unit into 2. Water, electric and drainage services were also installed into the units.
