Working with the Client KIT NW, Leedex were appointed to carry out full Pre-Construction Services including surveys, investigations and design before then carrying the construction phase.
The works involved a full remodelling of the building including new services, new roof, dry lining and plastering, re-decoration, new kitchens, new bathrooms, communal areas and external works.
