Service Provided: Principal Contractor (Traditional Contract)
The project involved the full refurbishment of 10 bedsit flats in a large dated Georgian terraced building. Two adjacent terraced buildings, attached to the property were partly refurbished by a Contractor several years ago but not finished. Leedex brought the 3 buildings together to deliver 23 bedsits/studio flats for the Assisted Living Sector, approximately 680m² refurbishment.
Structural remediation works took place prior to fit-out. All three buildings had integrated Fire Alarm, CCTV, Intercom and data; brought together to one central location. Automatic Opening Vent (AOV) also needed to be retrofit to existing roofs.
