Service Provided: Principal Contractor (Design & Build)
Our Client achieved full planning permission on a 950m² plot of land in Kirkby, Liverpool, to build a commercial unit approximately 480m². Leedex Construction was employed to perform pre-construction services which included the following deliverables:
- Design Brief summary.
- RIBA Stage 4 design information.
- Building Control Plan approval.
- Confirmation of discharge for pre-commencement planning conditions.
- Planning condition tracking Schedule.
- Provisional master project programme.
- Project Risk Register.
- Agreed procurement and main contract strategy.
- Main contract tender submission.
Leedex Construction then entered into a Design & Build contract and delivered the scheme under budget.
